These terms apply to every order placed with Ravello Co LLC, trading as Alura Shop.
One-time purchases only
Every item sold on Alura Shop is a direct, one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, memberships or recurring charges of any kind, and nothing you buy renews automatically.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the order is confirmed by email and shipped. If an item is out of stock or an order cannot be fulfilled, we cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payment details are collected securely at checkout and charged once, at the time of purchase.
Products
Everything we sell is authentic and full size, sourced through authorised channels. Colour on screen may differ slightly from the product in person.
